Promotional Juries

Students become eligible to take the promotional jury at the end of their fourth semester of study. Performance majors must pass the jury at this time. Music education majors can take the jury twice, and must pass it by the end of their sixth semester.

Required material includes all major, minor, and chromatic scales and arpeggios. Repertoire must include at least two pieces from the following list:
